• Quantum-ready security scanning and analysis
• AI-powered threat detection and risk assessment
• Post-quantum cryptography readiness evaluation
• Security compliance reporting and recommendations
• API access for integration with existing systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without authorization

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You may not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 scan per month with basic analysis
• Pro Plan: $499/month with 100 scans and advanced features
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with unlimited scans and dedicated support

Billing Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scan systems you do not own or have permission to test
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our security measures
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service for competitive intelligence against our platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to harm, threaten, or harass others

6. Intellectual Property

QurityAI and all related technology, algorithms, and content are the intellectual property of Sensordeal AI Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Sensordeal AI Private Limited.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining the confidentiality of your security scans in accordance with applicable Indian and international data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sensordeal AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies and applicable law.
